Holiday Courses 2012
These courses are fun and active, introducing & developing the techniques, skills and tactics required in today’s game of Tennis. The classes are run at our various Club venues. All venues are ‘Clubmark’ accredited ensuring that they are well equipped and provide a positive and safe environment for the young players to enjoy the game. All coaches are qualified and licensed by the LTA.
For players under 10 years of age, we utilise the LTA’s Mini Tennis Scheme using modified courts, various levels of low compression tennis ball and rackets to suit the abilities of each age group. With the younger age groups we concentrate a great deal on the ABC’S (Agility, Balance and Coordination) required not only for tennis but for all sporting activities.
For more experienced player we offer performance clinics during the Summer Holiday programme.
