Individual coaching

Individual coaching is an excellent way to focus on the specific elements of your game.  Whether you are looking to develop your stroke technique, need advise and help on developing your tactical game or are looking for drills and hitting practises to sharpen your all around game then individual tuition maybe for you.  

After an initial assessment and consultation our coaches will be able to help you identify specific areas for development, whether technical, tactical, physical or mental.  Utilising a range of exercises, drills, simulated game situations and match play they will then help you work towards improving the various elements of your play giving you the extra confidence you need when on court. Video analysis is also utilised to assist in demonstarating areas for stroke improvement.

Individual coaching rates

Individual coaching rates are £27 per hour, £21 per 45 minutes or £15 per half hour depending on the coach and their availability.

NB: There may be an additional charge for floodlighting of £3.00 /hr and a £3.00 fee if you are a non-member having coaching at one of the Club venues. The Terms and Conditions / Cancellation Policy are outlined in the Individual Coaching Arrangements Document downloadable below

Individual coaching times / booking procedures

To inquire about individual coaching and availability or to book a lesson please contact Tim Seymour on 07887 723554 or e-mail tim@tennis-extreme.com. All lessons are booked centrally with Tim. If you are being coached by one or our coaches other than Tim, then we will invoice you at the end of each month. To ensure that we have your correct contact details please download the Client Information sheet below and return it to Tim either via e-mail or post.
